Where do you work?

We are based in Wentzville and work within roughly forty-five minutes of it: all of St. Charles County, eastern Warren County, southern Lincoln County and West St. Louis County as far as Ladue, plus St. Albans in Franklin County.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We determine what the city or county requires for your address, prepare the drawings, apply, schedule inspections and close the permit. We also prepare HOA architectural submittals.

Do you charge for estimates?

The first visit and a budget range are free. Detailed design work for larger projects is done under a design agreement, and that fee is credited toward construction.
