Innsbrook covers thousands of wooded acres and more than a hundred lakes in Warren County. It is best known for its A-frame chalets, many dating from the 1970s and 1980s, and increasingly for full-size lake homes occupied year-round.

Buildings here live in the woods beside water. Moisture, shade, leaf litter and wildlife are hard on decks, siding and roofs, and older chalets were never insulated for winter living.

Chalet renovations

Typical scope includes new kitchens and baths in tight footprints, insulation and air sealing, replacement windows and patio doors, mini-split heating and cooling, safer loft stairs and railings, and new decks. We preserve the wood ceilings and the character people buy a chalet for.

Rules and logistics

Innsbrook has its own architectural control process, contractor registration and rules on work hours and tree removal. Access roads and steep drives affect deliveries. We plan for all of that before scheduling.

Permits

The Village of Innsbrook and Warren County both have roles, and the resort's architectural control committee reviews exterior work.
