Lower-level finishes with a bar and a guest suite, particularly in the golf-course homes with walkout basements. Kitchen updates that replace cherry-stained cabinets and tumbled-stone backsplashes with current cabinetry, quartz and better lighting. Primary bath rebuilds that remove the tub deck. Composite decks and screened porches facing the course.
Approvals
WingHaven has a master association and neighborhood sub-associations with architectural guidelines covering decks, porches, colors and fences. Golf-course lots have additional setback and sightline considerations. We prepare the drawings and material samples the committee asks for and wait for written approval before building.
Permits
The City of O'Fallon building division handles permits within city limits and is accustomed to basement finish, deck and remodel applications.
