What the name means
Design, build, renovate. Three words that describe a way of working. We do not hand you a drawing and wish you luck finding someone to build it, and we do not show up to build from a sketch on a napkin. The people who plan your project are the people accountable for constructing it, which keeps the design honest about cost and keeps the construction faithful to the design.
How we think about the work
Most of what makes a remodel last is hidden when the job is done. It is the foam behind the basement wall, the membrane behind the shower tile, the flashing behind the deck ledger, the header over the widened opening. Homeowners cannot inspect those things afterward, so they have to be able to trust that they were done. We photograph that hidden work before it is covered and give you the record.
We also believe that a contractor should be easy to deal with. That means returning calls, showing up when we said we would, giving prices in writing, explaining what we found inside the wall in plain words, and cleaning up every day. None of that is complicated. It is simply less common than it should be.

Our base is in Wentzville.
