We work within about forty-five minutes of our Wentzville base. That limit is deliberate. A project lead who can reach your job quickly catches problems while they are still small.

WentzvilleHome base. Predominantly two-story and ranch production homes from 2000 onward, with 1980s and 1990s subdivisions closer to the center and a pocket of early-twentieth-century houses downtown.
Lake St. LouisAbout 10 minutes. A mix of 1970s and 1980s contemporaries, ranches and split-levels near the lakes, and larger 1990s to 2010s two-stories and villas in the Hawk Ridge area and south of the interstate.
O'FallonAbout 15 minutes. Mostly 1985 to 2010 production two-stories, ranches and atrium ranches, with older ranches and bungalows near the original town center.
St. PetersAbout 22 minutes. 1970s to 1990s ranches, split-foyers and two-stories, with brick fronts and siding on the other three sides.
St. CharlesAbout 30 minutes. Nineteenth-century brick in the historic core, early twentieth-century bungalows and four-squares in midtown, postwar ranches, 1980s to 2000s subdivisions to the west and south, and New Town's neo-traditional homes.
CottlevilleAbout 22 minutes. Newer custom and semi-custom two-stories and one-and-a-half stories, villa communities, and a handful of older homes in the original village.
Dardenne PrairieAbout 15 minutes. Late 1990s to 2010s two-stories, ranches and villas in planned subdivisions with HOAs.
