Remodeling in Whitmoor Country Club

Whitmoor is a gated golf community off Highway 94 near Weldon Spring with two courses and several hundred custom homes, most built from the late 1980s through the 2000s. Houses are large, brick-fronted and set on rolling, wooded lots, many backing to fairways.

The earliest homes are now more than thirty years old. They were expensive when new and remain well built, which makes them excellent renovation candidates.

Whole main-floor renovations that open formal rooms, replace oak balustrades and update every surface. Kitchens with custom cabinetry and professional appliances. Primary suites rebuilt with large showers, freestanding tubs and dressing-room closets. Walkout lower levels finished with full bars, wine rooms, theaters and guest suites.

Exterior and approvals

Exterior changes, including decks, porches, pavilions, roofing and colors, go through the community's architectural review. Materials are expected to match the home. We design accordingly and submit complete packages so approval is not delayed.

Permits

Depending on the address, permits are issued by the City of Weldon Spring or by St. Charles County for unincorporated parcels. We confirm before design.
